De’shanti McDonald is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with more than 15 years of hands‑on experience as a CMA and CNA. Her background spans patient care, clinical support, and wellness services, giving her a deep understanding of what patients need to feel comfortable, informed, and supported.

As our intake nurse, De’shanti is often the first friendly face patients meet. She guides each person through the intake process with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her goal is to make every patient feel heard, valued, and confident as they begin their weight‑loss journey.
